friendly staff spacious room atrocious parking dirty room
the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean.
the parking was atrocious! i got a parking ticket because there was physically nowhere for me to park. there was used makeup wipes under our bed so it was not checked.

The rooms were comfortable. The bed was very cosy. Furnishings seemed modern and well-kept. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool, sauna, and steam room were super clean. The hotel was quiet. I had a great night's sleep.

The bar area was a lovely spot to relax. Drinks were reasonably priced, a nice surprise. It was easy to spend some quality time there after a long day outdoors.

Solid Stay with Helpful Staff

I appreciated the hotel staff, especially hollie. She was always smiling and willing to assist with anything we needed! nothing seemed like too much trouble during our two-night stay. i also found the leisure area to be a highlight, with a super clean pool, sauna, and steam room which are a real perk.
Some people were having breakfast early though we were told it started later, we missed it as we had to leave early, this was slightly frustrating. I had issues walking to the top of the hotel. the key card was faulty twice.

The staff provided excellent service, with quick responses to requests. They seemed generally happy to assist and were very helpful with directions and information. hollie was especially great at reception.

the hotel has a leisure area with a small pool, sauna and steam room, all kept clean. towels are readily available for use at the pool. there is also a gym available .

i observed that the bar area was open and drinks were reasonably priced, offering a convenient spot to relax. breakfast offered standard fare though missing breakfast due to incorrect hours was disappointing.

wonderful experience
friendly staff breakfast variety modern design
i found the staff to be both friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast was lovely and offered a good variety of options each morning. i also appreciated the nice design and modern feel of the bedroom, especially the comfort of the bed.
i noticed the shower towels were quite small and had a slightly unusual scent to them. i think providing larger, fresher-smelling towels would improve the bathroom experience.

staff members were available at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist with requests. housekeeping provided daily service that included fresh towels and tidying of the rooms. the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient during breakfast service.
